I'm seriously wondering if this has been illegally paf'd. His other app certainly looks that way.

You can't legally distribute the app until after you have permission from the copyright holders. It doesn't matter if it is a development test or a true release, you need to have permission first.
Now it's legally...

I think you are going to have to find a new host for this app, and also for the Bitshare.com Desktop Tool.
SourceForge can only be used for open source apps, but both of these are freeware.

can you make the 4shared tool portable http://www.4shared.com/desktop/ .
4shared is the bet host ever(NEVER dlete fils from activ ), so i used more than 6 years as "virtual space"
