I have tried everything I could find online to get my Thunderbird open. I even deleted Thunderbird, got a new , and ed the link to install Thunderbird. I cannot open my new and I am really unhappy about it. Can someone help me? I will not donate a cent until I get my Thunderbird back. And yes, I will post this on Facebook without your link.

I already responded to you via email. This is nothing to do with Thunderbird if you're talking about website s. You need to copy and paste the link into your browser if you're not using the OS default. The reset feature is confirmed working as of 30 seconds before I posted this.
