The msv140_2.dll library must be in the PAF for LibreOffice to be portable.
As a workaround I had moved the msv140_2.dll from Audacity to PortableApps/LibreOfficePortable/App/libreoffice/program/.
There are also the other libaries e.g. msv140.dll, msv120.dll,msv110.dll,msv100.dll,msv90.dll...
I don't know how to tell the developer.
You can
a 7z archive of the needed filesfrom us. Using 7-Zip Portable or similar, extract them to the LibreOfficePortable\Apps\libreoffice\program directory, replacing any files already there.I've already packaged up a Rev 2 release of LibreOffice Portable 7.6.0 and sent it to The Document Foundation. They should release it within a few days.
