Troubles with some apps and keyboard shortcuts 65216j
it's a good app, but i'm having troubles with WIN key and Win key + 1 :(, the app block them for some reason

It works just fine for me on Windows 7 x64. If you can narrow it down, you can post it as an issue on the texter repository (we don't make the base app, we just package it in PA.c Format for easier install/upgrade and use with the platform).
Seems to interfere with Kee x4wr
With texter running, tried to have Kee perform auto-type, and it failed. I imagine this is due to texter trying to monitor and copy data from the clipboard for some of it's advanced features.
Any chance of adding a feature where it will ignore clipboard entries if certain applications have focus? (Such as Kee...)
Would be interesting to know if this is just me or just Kee.

It drove one app I use regularly -- a Psion emulator -- completely nuts, sadly. It would definitely be good if you could have it watch for a configurable list of apps and disable itself if one of them has focus.
I can't find a bug report/feature request area, and the lifehacker page doesn't seem to have seen a new comment in quite a long time...

Isn't this essentially a keylogger? If it's sniffing everything you type and then injecting text, into any app you can type in, this could cause a *lot* of problems.
On the other hand, as a verbose speaker in forums, as one who routinely helps s (and gamers) with routine tasks, I could save paragraphs in this thing and just type, for example, ##fallout3economy, and have it swap that out for a paragraph (or several) about how to manipulate the economy in Fallout 3. I could use text files or the notes app (P.Notes? Something like that) but it'd have to be as low-maintenance as possible, because if it's something I'm ionate about, I'll just as soon type it all out, all over again. :o

The window is not adjustable and does not view well with Windows 7. The supposed "Help" options only go to the LifeHacker homepage but not to anything to do with Texter. Absolute no clue given in the software about how it works. Disappointing because it sounds like it could be useful.

I found that in games and programs where you have to use the arrow keys or WSAD to navigate, the program caused the keys to act as if they were continuously being held down, even after being released. This can cause major problems for FPS games or games where the rotation is controlled by these keys.
