How to set High base priority for P-TB

Hello, how can i auto-set a higher-than-normal or high priority for thunderbird.exe on WinXP SP2?
I've noticed that you can't simply set the command on the shortcut 'cause it triggers Portable Thunderbird Launcher and not Thunderbird.exe.
