Being the translator for Portuguese-Pt (both PortableApps and OpenOffice), I would like to see it in the list of available languages. How can I do it?

PT and PT-BR are included in the standard set with the current dev test. They were included with the current build ( https://portableapps.sitesunblocked.org/node/39323 ) via install of the Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.1_Win_x86_langpack_pt.exe language pack and then copied into OpenOfficePortable along with the rest of the files. I've also confirmed that a fresh install, select "Portuguese" in the installer, comes up in PT on first run. If that's not what you're seeing, please post about it in that linked thread.
