Hi,
How can I enable the SafeBrower so ClamWin can safebrowser.cvd and use it's definitions? I tried putting "SafeBrower yes" on freshclam.conf as told here: https://github.com/vrt/clamav-faq/blob/master/faq/faq-safebrowsing.md but it doesn't ed the file. What should I do?

It is important to note that while ClamWin (and by extension, ClamWin Portable) uses ClamAV as the engine for scanning, it is not ClamAV itself.
With that said, see here for why what you're asking for isn't possible in ClamWin.
Also, for future, note that we provide for portable-related problems primarily, and specific app problems secondarily, if someone is able to, since most apps provide their own methods, including ClamWin.
