"Video to GIF" and "Watermark" do not work.
I have also found that Avast detects viruses in ing the installer when it reaches 40 Meg ed this file "TEncoderPortable_4.5.8.paf.exe".
I do not know if it's a false positive

I can only it directly from https://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps/files/TEncoder%20Portable/... as for Avast sounds like a false positive if you look here at Virustotal it is only one that is tagging it https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/980af8553c36a6c152cf888ec1c8a5494f143...
