[Fixed] FastCopy 32 and 64 bit are same EXE

After installation of FastCopy Portable 3.1.3 https://portableapps.sitesunblocked.org/apps/utilities/fastcopy-portable
both 32 and 64 bit EXE files are same - 32 bit.
In folder App\FastCopy there are two EXE files: FastCopy.exe and FastCopy64.exe, but they are identical (same 32 bit with two names)

This was due to a packaging error on my part and is fixed in 3.13 Rev 2. Apologies for the inconvenience.
