Not managed correctly inside Windows 10.
if you have "C:\s\ [ Name] \AppData\Roaming\SuperTux\supertux2" directory, it not transfert/manage correctly, with the portale version.
is this normal that it completly manage seperated data, from the portable version and the installed version?

It could have switched from C:\s\ [ Name]\supertux2 which version 0.4.x used for storage. I'll check this out later today.

I have been able to confirm that the app changed the settings save location with this version.
As a result, the behaviour you saw was indeed a portable bug. I've built an updated installer which fixes the problem, and sent it in for release. Sorry about the inconvenience.
