When pack a plugin installer, portableapps.sitesunblocked.orgInstaller add an empty appinfo.ini to the package App\AppInfo directory which is not require AFAIK.
This cause the file in the main app will be overwrite when the plugin installed.
It also cause error when the plugin installer is packed again. Because the exist of appinfo.ini, portableapps.sitesunblocked.orgInstaller treat the package as normal package and complain missing of launcher file, icons etc.
