[Fixed] fre:ac Portable 1.0.31 includes eUpdate.dll 3u4b19

Hi, a of fre:ac Portable reported a bug to me.

Now that fre:ac 1.0.32 is released, fre:ac Portable 1.0.31 offers to update to it. The PortableApps wrapper, however, interferes with the update process which results in an error message.

Please remove the eUpdate.dll file from the PortableApps version of fre:ac. This will disable the updater only - fre:ac will continue to work normally without that DLL.
