It's likely your local SourceForge mirror is having issues. Would you please try to from SourceForge here and let me know what mirror it gave you? In something like Chrome you can click your 3 dot menu then go to s and it'll show you the URL (cytranet.dl.sourceforge.net when I just did it for instance). In Firefox, you can right-click on the in either the menu or the window and select Copy Link and then paste that into a text editor to see it.
