Hoping this is the right place to report : I have enabled the "Minimize to tray instead of taskbar", but the taskbar button is always visible... it does only with PA version.

Take a look in the file: ..\KeePortable\App\kee\Kee.ini and the following setting is being changed.
KeeMinimizeToTray=TrueCancer Survivors -- the fight, celebrate the victory!
