[Bug] Task bar functions in WIN 10 (right-click) refer to an unconfigured

Hi,

WIN 10, 64-bit, 128.5.2.esr, USB flash drive

2 tasks are offered:
“Write new message”
“Open address book”

The first opens a new message window for an unconfigured .
The second opens an address book of an unconfigured .
